We accept unworn headwear and apparel purchased from unifiedpeoplela.com in new condition with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
- We accept unworn headwear and apparel purchased from unifiedpeoplela.com in new condition with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note all items marked final sale or discounted over 15% off are not eligible for a refund. The shipping costs incurred for the return are at your expense. We do not cover them and do not refund them. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment.
How do I start a return?
- To create a return please send an email to hello@unifiedpeoplela.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Once authorized, our team will share the shipping address for your return. Items eligible for return must be shipped out within 2-3 business days after the return request has been approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return goods. Unified People cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.
What should I do if an item is faulty?
- We hope this never happens and we work hard to prevent it, but if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damaged, we will refund original shipping costs and take full responsibility for the cost of returning it.
